Pricing

The cost depends on the service you need and how quickly you need it. Zeno shows the price before you book, with Scheduled, Same day and Priority options.

You authorise payment when you book, but the final charge is taken after the repair is complete.

The contractor will explain what is required and Zeno will send you the revised cost for approval. No additional work will begin until you approve the revised cost.

Same-day service means you can book a contractor to attend that day, subject to availability. Availability depends on the type of repair, your location and the time of your request. Your appointment time is confirmed before you complete the booking.

No. You can browse Zeno’s services and view the listed price without creating an account. Zeno creates your account when you verify your phone number to complete the booking.
